Response Codes

According to the information provided to the Communications Centre, MAS emergency ambulances are responded:

Code 1: A time critical case ( ambulance proceeds with lights and sirens )

Code 2: An acute, non-time critical case ( ambulance proceeds without lights and sirens )

Code 3: A non-acute or routine case
