Operations

Operations is our core work in delivering emergency care to the people of Melbourne and the basis of this revolves around the work of our paramedics.

We do this through 84 strategically located branches across Melbourne and a dedicated staff.

These branches service an area covering the CBD and outlying metropolitan suburbs.

Our paramedics respond to each call differently depending on the information you give us by the 000 emergency call. That determines our response code.

This is necessary due to the high workload that we have and to ensure that our paramedics respond in a safe manner.
