Pre-bookings may be made with the Clinic Transport booking office, during the hours of 6:30am and 2:00pm, up to one month in advance.

Fax bookings may be directed to 1300 361 929. Booking enquiries and booking form requests may be made by telephoning 1300 360 929.

Bookings for non emergency stretcher transports may be made on the phone 1300 366 313 but preferrably by fax to 1300 366 314 up to two weeks in advance. Faxes will be actioned promptly and confirmed via return fax in a timely manner.
