Making a Complaint
The Metropolitan Ambulance Service (MAS) is a critical link in Melbourne’s health care system and as such aims to improve the health of the community by providing high quality pre-hospital care and medical transport.
We welcome your complaints, comments and suggestions as they help us to improve our services.
Who can complain?
A complaint about service provided by MAS can be lodged by:
- A patient
- A patient’s family or friend
- A patient’s doctor, carer or support service
- A member of the Metropolitan Ambulance Service membership scheme
- A receiving hospital
- Members of Parliament, Health Services Commissioner or Ombudsman
- A member of the public
