CERT

We have three Community Emergency Response Teams (CERT) based in Craigieburn, Kinglake and Lang Lang. They are peripheral branches that provide a first responder service to outer metropolitan areas.

CERT team members are trained by the Metropolitan Ambulance Service and provided with uniforms, communications and medical equipment and a marked vehicle to ensure the safe provision of early basic life support to the sick and injured in the rural communities surrounding these areas.

We value the dedication of these volunteers who undertake continuous training to maintain these skills.
