Getting started
Step 1— Complete an employer application form and send to us. Please send me an Employer application form.
Step 2 — We will send you application forms for your employees to complete. Collect completed application forms and send to us.
Step 3 — We will forward an invoice for all nominated staff.
Step 4 — Make one payment on behalf of employees.
