The Strategic Plan has been developed following a review of the MAS strategic direction by the Board of Directors and the Executive Management team. A draft of the plan was forwarded to stakeholders and staff for additional input and consultation, and a final version produced in late 2007. The Hon. Daniel Andrews, Minister for Health, has approved the Plan, and it has now been circulated to all stakeholders and staff. The Strategic Plan drives all key MAS activities including the preparation of the Annual Plan and Divisional Plans, and any accompanying resourcing activities.
