ARV provides the following resources for the use of staff, referrers or other professionals:

• ARV Coordinator Guidelines: These guidelines assist our professional coordinators in decision making
• Referral form: This form outlines the information we need from you at the time of referral. It will also serve as a transfer letter for your patients
• Incident Report: This document forms the basis to resolve any issues, unusual situations or variations to normal practice relating to adult retrival services across the state.
• Infusion CPG's: These are the the clinical practice guidelines we practice under for the infusion of drugs.
